2.3 To place orders, you must be of legal age. When you place an order to purchase a product, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of your order (“order receipt notification email”). Each order submitted to Spazio 75 cm constitutes a contractual proposal from the Customer and will therefore be binding for Spazio 75 cm only if confirmed by Spazio 75 cm through the sending of an email in which we notify you that we have processed your order (“order fulfillment notification email”). Therefore, acceptance occurs when we send you the Order Fulfillment Notification email. Once the order is handed over to the courier for shipping, the courier will send you the Shipment Notification Email containing the tracking number of the package.
2.4 Before proceeding with the purchase, you will be asked to carefully read these Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Return Policy, print a copy using the print command, and store or reproduce a copy for your personal use.

3.2 The Seller does not sell used, irregular, or substandard products compared to the corresponding market standards.
3.3 The essential characteristics of the products are presented on ildoppiosegno.it within each product page. However, the images and colors of the products offered for sale on ildoppiosegno.it may not correspond to the real ones due to the Internet browser and monitor used; moreover, we cannot guarantee the absence of errors in the product information. Spazio 75 cm reserves the right to modify the Website at any time, at its discretion, without notice. Spazio 75 cm does not guarantee that the features contained on the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
3.4 Prices of products may be subject to updates.
3.5 Purchase requests from countries not selected for shipping or from addresses where the Seller cannot ship will not be accepted.
3.6 Unless otherwise indicated, the prices of the products are quoted in Euros (€) and include VAT.
3.7 The Seller may refuse to accept returns of products that are missing original packaging, labels, instructions, or any alterations in essential and qualitative characteristics, or if the products have been damaged or used.

4. PAYMENTS

4.1 For the payment of the price of the products and related shipping and delivery charges, you can follow one of the methods indicated in the order form (Credit Card, PayPal).
4.2 In case of payment by credit card, the financial information (such as the credit/debit card number or its expiration date) will be forwarded to the Bank, which, via a certified encrypted protocol, ensures the security of online transactions. This information will never be used by the Seller except to complete the procedures related to your purchase and to issue refunds in the event of product returns due to exercise of your right of withdrawal, or if it becomes necessary to prevent or report fraud to the police on ildoppiosegno.it. The credit card will be authorized at the time of the order for the amount corresponding to the purchase price of the products and shipping charges, as indicated in the order form. As part of this authorization process, the corresponding amount will be blocked in the customer’s bank account for the number of days set by the customer’s banking institution. 5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

The products purchased on the Site will be delivered in Italy.
All products are shipped from the order fulfillment center at Spazio 75 cm, Monica Ferrigno, via Selvanesco, 75, 20142 Milan (Italy).
Spazio 75 cm will make every effort to deliver the ordered products within 3-5 business days (subject to product availability). These delivery times are purely indicative and not guaranteed.
If the ordered products are not delivered within the indicated time, you must send a report to the email address info@ildoppiosegno.com indicating (a) the order number; (b) the tracking number; (c) the name; (d) the email address.
Spazio 75 cm is not responsible for any delays in deliveries or the consequences of such delays. However, if the products are not received within 30 days from the shipping notification email, the customer may cancel the order and request a full refund (including shipping charges) by sending the request via email to info@ildoppiosegno.com. Refunds are not due if the inability to make the delivery is attributable to the recipient.
All shipments will be made via express courier. Courier services may require a signature (by adults only) upon receipt of the package. If no one at the indicated address has the necessary qualifications to accept the delivery of the products, the customer may be asked to contact the courier to arrange an alternative delivery date or a place for picking up the products.
Upon delivery of the products to the courier, ownership of the products and the risk of damage are transferred to the customer. If the packaging is damaged upon delivery, the customer must open the package in the presence of the courier to verify the condition of the products. If damages are found, they must be noted on the delivery receipt, and a report should be sent to info@ildoppiosegno.com including (a) the order number; (b) the tracking number; (c) the name; (d) the email address.
Deliveries cannot be made to PO box addresses.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

7.1 You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen (14) business days from the day of receipt of the products purchased on ildoppiosegno.it. However, it is not possible to exchange the chosen product for another.
7.2 You must return the products to the Seller by handing them over to the courier for shipment within fourteen (14) business days from the day you received the products.
7.3 The only costs you are responsible for are those for returning the purchased products.
7.4 If you decide to use the courier indicated by the Seller, you will not be required to personally pay the return shipping costs. The payment of the return shipping costs will be made on your behalf directly by the Seller, thereby relieving you of any payment obligation toward the courier. The Seller will retain an amount equal to the cost previously incurred for shipping and delivery of the products to your home from the refund. Additionally, from the moment the products are returned to the courier indicated by the Seller, the Seller will release you from any liability for the loss or damage of the products during transport.
7.5 If you choose to use a different courier than the one indicated by the Seller, you will need to personally pay the return shipping costs. In such a case, the cost previously incurred for delivery to your home will be refunded, but you will bear any responsibility for the loss or damage of the products during transport.
7.6 To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must follow these steps:
A. Within fourteen (14) business days from receipt of the products, complete and submit the Return Authorization Request online;
B. The products must not have been used, damaged, or washed;
C. The products must be returned intact, in their original packaging, with the authentic labels, user instructions, any warranty documents, tags, and packaging;
D. The returned products must be handed over to the courier within fourteen (14) business days from the date you received the products.
7.7 If the Right of Withdrawal is exercised following the methods and terms indicated in this paragraph 7, the Seller will proceed to refund any amounts already received for the purchase of the products according to the methods and terms specified.
7.8 The sums will be refunded as soon as possible, and in any case, within thirty (30) days from the date the Seller becomes aware of your exercise of the right of withdrawal. We will activate the refund procedures once the correct execution of the terms and conditions outlined above is verified, as described in paragraph 8.
7.9 If the methods and terms for exercising your right of withdrawal, as specified in this paragraph 7, are not followed, you will not be entitled to a refund of the sums already paid to the Seller. However, you may recover the products at your own expense in the condition in which they were returned to the Seller. Otherwise, the Seller may retain the products, as well as the sums already paid for their purchase.

8. REFUND TIMES AND METHODS

8.1 After the return of the products, the Seller will carry out the necessary checks regarding their compliance with the conditions and terms specified in section 7. If the checks are positive, the Seller will send you, via email, the confirmation of acceptance of the returned products. 8.2 Regardless of the payment method used by you, the refund will be processed by the Seller as soon as possible and, in any case, within thirty (30) days from the date the Seller became aware of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, after verifying the correct execution of your right of withdrawal and acceptance of the returned products. 8.3 If there is no correspondence between the recipient of the products indicated in the order form and the person who paid the amounts due for their purchase, the refund will be made by the Seller, in any case, to the person who made the payment. 8.4 The value date of the refund will be the same as the charge date; therefore, you will not incur any loss in terms of banking interest. 8.5 The Seller indicates UPS (www.ups.com) as the courier for the return of the products. Using the pre-printed label attached to the package containing the products, you can return the products to the Seller without paying the return shipping costs. This method allows the Seller to directly pay for the return shipping costs on your behalf, freeing you from any payment obligation towards the courier. This method also allows you to track the location of the package at any time, freeing you from any responsibility in case of loss or damage to the products during transport. 8.6 If you decide to use a courier other than the one indicated by the Seller for the return of the products, you will need to pay the necessary return shipping costs yourself and will bear any responsibility in case of loss or damage to the products during transport, according to the methods and terms for exercising the right of withdrawal.

11. MODIFICATION AND UPDATES

The Sales Conditions are modified from time to time, also in consideration of any regulatory changes. The new Sales Conditions will be effective from the date of publication on ildoppiosegno.it.

12. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED PRODUCTS, OR ERRORS

The Customer must verify the correctness of the products at the time of delivery. In case of discrepancies or issues with the order, the Customer must note the nature of the discrepancy or issue on the delivery note and sign it. The issue must be reported in writing within 24 hours of the delivery date via email to info@ildoppiosegno.com, stating the shipment number provided in the Shipping Notification email, the transport document number (ddt), and the order number from the email confirming the receipt of your order, along with the reason for the return. For faulty goods or returns due to an error by Spazio 75 cm, all return shipping costs will be covered by Spazio 75 cm. Subject to availability, Spazio 75 cm will send a new Shipping Notification email and will send the correct replacement product at its own expense.
Limitation of Liability: The Seller’s liability related to the sales contract will not exceed the purchase price of the Products.
